Welcome to ScriptForge ("we," "our," "us"). ScriptForge provides AI-powered screenplay evaluations, creative development tools, and related digital services via our website www.scriptforgeapp.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• ScriptForge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal or professional creative development purposes.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to access unauthorised areas, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

ScriptForge uses advanced AI models to generate script evaluations, creative feedback, and visual content such as film posters.

While our technology is designed to provide high-quality, professional insights, AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every use case.

• All AI outputs should be treated as advisory and reviewed by the user before use.
• ScriptForge accepts no liability for any decisions, outcomes, or creative direction taken based on AI outputs.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent limitations of AI systems.

ScriptForge operates on a credit-based system. Each service (e.g., script report, AI poster, logline analysis) requires a set number of credits.

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where legally required.
• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with subjective results, including (but not limited to) opinions within an AI report, poster aesthetics, or creative style preferences.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure they apply credits to the correct project before confirming a submission.

If a technical fault occurs (e.g., failed generation, duplicated charge), contact support within 7 days for review.

ScriptForge offers an affiliate and partnership program managed through PartnerStack.

By joining the program, partners agree to:

• Use their assigned referral links responsibly and honestly.
• Avoid spam, misleading claims, or false endorsements.
• Follow PartnerStack's terms of use and comply with applicable advertising laws.

Commissions are calculated on qualifying purchases tracked via PartnerStack. ScriptForge reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions for fraudulent, misleading, or unethical promotion.

All content, branding, code, and designs on ScriptForge remain the property of Script Forge (the parent company of ScriptForge) unless otherwise stated.

Users retain full rights to their uploaded scripts and creative materials.

By using ScriptForge, you grant us a limited licence to process and analyse your script solely for the purpose of delivering AI feedback and reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptForge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on AI-generated content.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
